DESCRIPTION
Ultra TUFF and Ultra TUFF Coat Marine non-skid coatings are water based, single component products. Ultra TUFF is created through a unique process of cross-linking urethanes, acrylics, and co-polymers and utilizes recycled rubber crumb as an aggregate. These coatings are designed to provide an attractive, highly durable, impact resistant non-slip surface.

RECOMMENDED SPREADING RATE
  • Wet mils: 50-60
  • Dry mils: 40-50
  • Coverage: 40-50 square feet per gallon.

 

DRYING SCHEDULE:@ 20 mils wet @ 50% RH, 72 degrees F
  • To touch: 1 hour maximum
  • To top coat: 1-2 hours
  • To cure: 24 hours – 5 days for full chemical cure
  • Pot Life: None
  • Shelf Life: 1 year
  • Reducer/Clean up: Water only
APPLICATION
Temperature: 40 F minimum, 120 F maximum (air, surface and material), at least 5 F above dew point.

Relative Humidity: 85% maximum

All surfaces must be clean and dry. Remove all loose particles, grease, or oily residues. Remove rust or paint by sandblasting, power brushing, or hand wire brushing before primer is applied.
